Dhoni fought a lone battle for India as he eked out 82 runs out of the 148. Cook and Robson then started off cautiously and then got into the groove as they added 62 unbeaten runs. Cook is lucky to be out in the middle as an LBW appeal was turned down against him off Bhuvneshwar. Replays showed that it would have hit the stumps. India need to bounce back hard early tomorrow. England already in a strong position on day 1! Over 19: England 62/0, Cook 24*, Robson 33* A good final over of the day from Aaron. Robson gets an inside edge which flies inches past the leg stump for a boundary off the first delivery of the over.
