World Chess Championship 2024 Game 14 LIVE Streaming: It’s time for the final game of the 2024 World Chess Championship match as India’s D Gukesh and China's Ding Liren will lock horns in Game 14 in Singapore on Thursday.
Both Gukesh and Liren have 6.5 points each and whoever wins Thursday’s game will be crowned world champion. Should the game end in a draw , both players will be tied at seven points each and the match will head to tiebreakers on Friday to decide this year’s chess world champion. Ding Liren is the defending champion whereas D Gukesh is the challenger, having won the 2024 Candidates tournament in Toronto earlier this year.

Gukesh had begun his World Chess Championship campaign on 25 November on a losing note with white pieces. The Indian teenager, however, bounced back in the second game to secure a draw, before winning with white pieces against Liren in the third game. That was his first-ever win over Liren in classical chess format, and since that game, the two have played out eight draws. In total, both Gukesh and Liren have won two games each with the other nine games ending in draws.
Game 13 on Wednesday witnessed a total of 68 moves before the two played out a draw. Ding's defensive approach was the highlight of Game 13 as Gukesh gave it his best. If the previous games are to go by, this World Championship match is in for a thrilling finish.
