The tape of a conversation, allegedly between an ICC Anti-Corruption and Security Unit officer and a bookie has been leaked, a Times Now report said. Apparently the officer told the bookie that he was ‘marked’. “It will be difficult to save you again,” the officer, reportedly tells the bookie in the taped conversation. In one part of the conversation, the alleged officer tells the bookie that he should not have sat in a particular place in the stadium because he was being watched. Reuters[/caption] The revelations come right after former New Zealand opener Vincent had provided the International Cricket Council (ICC) anti-corruption unit with a treasure trove of information about matches that were targeted for spot-fixing and the names of players. Lifting the lid on the match fixing scandal, Vincent identified 6 players and 12 games which involved fixing. He admitted that he started fixing via Indian Cricket League in 2008 when he was playing for Chandigarh Lions and was working for a world-famous international. Click here
