The woman who made sexual harassment allegations against former Red Bull boss Christian Horner is back working in Formula One, 18 months after being suspended by the team, a report claims. The BBC report, however, did not clarify whether she is back as an employee with Red Bull or some other team.

It has to be noted that earlier this year, there were reports that the accuser had quit Red Bull.

Her allegations of sexual harassment and coercive, controlling behaviour against Horner became public in February 2024, leading to an internal investigation by Red Bull. As Horner was cleared by Red Bull, the woman employee was subsequently suspended.

While Horner continued with his life, the accuser had to face a difficult time. Her friend, in an interview with the BBC, said that she was “very angry, scared and intimidated.”

“It’s impossible for people to understand what it’s like for her. She can’t talk and she won’t talk," the accuser’s friend told the BBC.

“But I can tell you what it is doing to her. Every time I have asked her something, she breaks down in tears and says she’s got no one to talk to because she’s not allowed to talk.

“She is very upset, very angry, very scared, very intimidated, very lonely. And I think it’s impossible for people to understand without being in her shoes what it’s like for her.”

In a separate interview, Horner had explained that the investigation was handled “in the most professional manner” by GmbH, Red Bull’s parent company. He also claimed that one of the top King’s Counsel oversaw the investigation.

“He interviewed all of the people involved, as well as others of interest,” Horner told. “He looked at everything and he came to the conclusion where he dismissed the grievance. As far as I am concerned, and as far as Red Bull are concerned, we moved on and we look to the future. The time now is to draw a line under it.”
