Bundesliga: Bayern Munich show interest in signing PSG outcast Adrien Rabiot despite competition from Barcelona

Berlin: Bayern Munich are interested in signing Paris Saint-Germain outcast Adrien Rabiot this month, German newspaper Bild reported on Thursday. Barcelona are another club looking at Rabiot as they have publicly confirmed their desire in bringing the 23-year-old to the Camp Nou. PSG said last year they will allow the six-time France international to join another side at the end of the season but the paper said the German champions would like to buy him in January. Bayern’s sporting director Hasan Salihamidzic told Bild that Rabiot had caught his attention. “You understand the transfer market. We have to keep our eyes and ears open, that’s all there is to do. Rabiot is an interesting player.” PSG coach Thomas Tuchel said on Saturday that Rabiot’s situation was “not easy”.
