Former selectors are unhappy with the Raja Venkat spilling the beans on how ex-Board of Control for Cricket president N Srinivasan blocked a decision by the committee to replace MS Dhoni with Virat Kohli as captain of India in 2011. Venkat himself is a former selector and wrote a column in a Bengali tabloid outlining the details of the meeting — and according to a Hindustan Times report , this has triggered a reaction in BCCI which may result in a stricter confidentiality clause in selectors’ contracts.
