Melbourne: Australia won the toss and chose to bat Friday in the third and final Chappell-Hadlee Trophy one-day international against New Zealand in Melbourne.
Australia have already reclaimed the trophy after big wins in Sydney and Canberra.
New Zealand made two changes with Henry Nicholls replacing injured Jimmy Neesham, who was struck on the forearm by Mitchell Starc in the last game, and young paceman Lockie Ferguson coming in for Matt Henry.
Australia were unchanged from their 116-run win in Canberra on Tuesday.
