India finished with a record tally of 107 medals, including 28 gold, 38 silver and 41 bronze medals. This meant India surpassed their 70-medal mark that they set in Jakarta Asian Games in 2018. Some of India’s notable medallists include Neeraj Chopra, who defended his javelin throw gold, the India men’s and women’s hockey team, the men’s and women’s cricket team and a lot more other medallists.
