X blocks 3,500 posts, deletes 600 accounts over obscene content as India flags Grok misuse
X has blocked 3,500 objectionable posts and permanently removed over 600 accounts for sharing non-consensual obscene material, following a government directive. The Indian government warned X could lose legal protection if it fails to curb AI-generated explicit content, especially from its chatbot Grok. Other countries, including Indonesia, the UK, France, and Malaysia, have also raised concerns or taken action against Grok for generating explicit content.
