US, South Korea reach deal on tariffs & investments, says presidential aide

The US and South Korea agreed to cut tariffs on automobiles and auto parts from 25% to 15%. In return, South Korea will invest $350 billion in the US, including $200 billion in cash and $150 billion in shipbuilding. It is unclear if this is a formal deal or an understanding between Trump and Lee.
