Union Budget confusion over, govt to present annual statement on Sunday, February 1

Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla confirmed the Union Budget will be presented at 11am on Sunday, February 1, a rare move from tradition. India will also host the CSPOC conference, with 42 Commonwealth countries set to attend; PM Modi will inaugurate the event.
