Typhoon Kalmaegi kills 26 in central Philippines, several displaced

At least 26 people dead and hundreds of thousands displaced due to Typhoon Kalmaegi in the Philippines. Cebu hardest hit with 21 fatalities, massive flooding, and unprecedented rainfall. Nearly 400,000 evacuated, including those in temporary shelters from a recent earthquake.
