Two killed, 85 hospitalised as blast rips through Chinese steel plant; factory managers detained

An explosion at Baogang United Steel plant in Baotou, Inner Mongolia killed two, injured 84, and left eight missing. A pressurized storage tank caused the blast. Authorities detained responsible personnel and launched an investigation into the incident.
