Train derails in Mexico, killing at least 13 people, injuring 98

At least 13 people died and 98 were injured when an Interoceanic Train derailed in Oaxaca, Mexico. The train carried about 250 people. Authorities are investigating possible technical failures, track conditions, or human error as causes of the crash.
