Russian attacks hit northeastern Ukraine overnight, killing a 20-year-old woman in Kharkiv and injuring several civilians in Kharkiv and Sumy. Homes and infrastructure were damaged. The strikes coincided with Ukrainian talks in the US on ending the war with Russia.
