Russian missile strikes in eastern Ukraine kill 3, injure several, including children

Russian missile strikes on Balakliya in Ukraine's Kharkiv region killed three people and wounded ten, including children. Nine were hospitalized. Russia has intensified attacks on Ukrainian territory, targeting energy infrastructure as winter approaches. Kyiv has also targeted facilities in Russia.
