Terrorists behind the Red Fort blast initially planned a Pulwama-type attack in Kashmir but changed plans after an associate's arrest. The blast at Red Fort Metro Station killed 13 people and injured many, linked to a 'white collar' module spanning J&K, Haryana, and UP. Key suspects include Umar, cleric Irfan, doctors Adeel Rather and Muzammil Shakeel, and Shaheen Sayeed.
