Islamabad sees worst suicide attack since 2008: What happened?

A suicide blast outside Islamabad's judicial complex killed 12 and injured over 20 people. Jamaat-ul-Ahrar, a splinter group of the Tehrik-e Taliban Pakistan, claimed responsibility for the attack. Pakistan's leadership blamed India and Afghanistan for the attack, but India rejected these allegations as baseless.
