North Korea providing illegal cluster munitions to Russia for Ukraine war, finds probe

North Korea has supplied illegal cluster munitions, modified from 1990s American versions, to Russia for its war on Ukraine, says Conflict Armament Research. These munitions are used in Russian drones. North Korea has also sent soldiers and artillery to aid Russia.
