India set to get new airlines, thanks to Indigo fiasco

The Indian government has granted No Objection Certificates to Al Hind Air and FlyExpress, allowing them to begin preparations to launch operations. The move aims to increase competition and reduce reliance on major carriers like IndiGo, which recently faced mass flight cancellations. Both airlines must still obtain Air Operator Certificates before starting passenger flights.
