India to roll out digital life certificate campaign for pensioners from Nov 1: DLC 4.0 to cover 2 cr beneficiaries

The Indian government will launch its fourth nationwide Digital Life Certificates (DLCs) campaign from November 1 to 30. The campaign aims to generate 2 crore DLCs using face authentication technology, covering 2,000 districts. The initiative involves 19 banks, IPPB, and various associations, offering doorstep services and public awareness efforts.
