Hydrogen hits the Ganga: India’s first clean water taxi service launched in Varanasi

Varanasi launches India's first hydrogen-powered water taxi service, inaugurated by Union Minister Sarbananda Sonowal. The 50-seater taxi operates between Namo Ghat and Ravidas Ghat, offering zero emissions and modern amenities. Ticket prices are around Rs 500 for a round trip, with plans to expand to other ghats in the future.
