Goa fire: Luthra brothers who owned nightclub fled country shortly after fatal blaze, say police

Saurabh and Gaurav Luthra, owners of Birch by Romeo Lane, fled to Phuket after a fire at their Goa nightclub killed 25 people. Goa Police issued a lookout notice and are coordinating with Interpol to track the brothers. Chief Minister Pramod Sawant ordered a magisterial probe into the fire, suspected to be caused by a cooking-gas cylinder blast.
