Why the Goa nightclub fire, which killed 25, was so difficult to contain

A fire at Birch by Romeo Lane nightclub in Goa killed 25 people, including four tourists. Preliminary investigations suggest fireworks inside the club caused the blaze. Goa CM Pramod Sawant ordered a full probe, and four individuals have been arrested.
