French consulate employee molested in Mumbai; police nab accused within 24 hours

French consulate worker molested in Bandra by scooter-borne man. Police arrested the accused, Sunil Waghela, a scrap dealer from Dharavi. Police scanned over 50 CCTV recordings to trace and arrest Waghela.
