    Delhi man booked for misusing PM Modi’s name in emails to Isro, Pentagon

    CBI registered a case against Nisheeth Kohli for allegedly sending emails to Indian and foreign agencies claiming he had PM Modi's backing to develop a military jet engine. Kohli contacted agencies like PMO, ISRO, HAL, DRDO, and the Pentagon, misusing official names and positions. He is booked under the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, and IT Act Section 66D for cheating by personation using electronic means.
