Campaigners in Japan push court to recognise same sex marriage

Marriage equality campaigners urge Japan's top court to rule the country's failure to recognize same-sex unions as "unconstitutional." Tokyo High Court recently ruled that Japan's refusal to acknowledge same-sex marriages does not violate the constitution, a setback for the LGBTQ community.
