Brazil Cop30: India to update climate goals, urges developed world to advance net-zero deadline

India will submit its revised NDC and Biennial Transparency Report by December, said Environment Minister Bhupender Yadav at COP30. He urged developed countries to achieve net zero earlier and provide significant climate finance. India aims for a 45% reduction in emissions intensity by 2030.
