Bihar election: 14.55% voter turnout reported till 9 am in phase-2 of assembly polls

The second phase of the Bihar Assembly elections began on November 11 across 122 constituencies. PM Modi and CM Nitish Kumar urged voters to participate actively. The first phase saw a record turnout of 64.66%. Voting is also taking place in several other states for by-elections.
