‘All our neighbours are happy except Pakistan’: Taliban’s Muttaqi on border clashes

Taliban Foreign Minister Amir Khan Muttaqi stated that all of Afghanistan's neighbors are happy except Pakistan. Recent border clashes between Taliban and Pakistani forces left dozens dead and wounded. The clashes were triggered by explosions in Kabul, allegedly caused by Pakistani airstrikes.
