79-year-old Florida man who faked his own death arrested after 16 years on the run

Gary Wayne Howard, 74, faked his death to evade arrest but was caught in Indiana after 16 years. Convicted of possessing child pornography, he fled in 2010. Howard now faces charges for probation violation and failing to register as a sex offender. He will be extradited to Florida.
