Winning Maharashtra assembly elections just a formality: Vinod Tawade

Celebrating the unprecedented victory of BJP in Maharashtra and across the country, Vinod Tawde, the BJP opposition leader in Maharashtra, said winning the upcoming assembly elections in the state is just a formality. Maharashtra goes to the polls in October this year. “The results have clearly proved that there was a Modi wave which turned into tsunami due to the congress led government’s bad administration, apathy towards the infrastructure development with others,” Tawde said while addressing the media from state BJP headquarters in Nariman Point on Friday afternoon. “We have also won the Lok Sabha seats such as Sangli and Nandurabar, which have always been considered as the Congress stronghold,” [caption id=“attachment_1528553” align=“alignleft” width=“380”] Vinod Tawde, the BJP’s leader of the opposition in Maharashtra. The Congress and NCP’s vote-bank politics have come to an end with the Lok Sabha results and they will be completely wiped out in the assembly elections,” Tawde claimed. He further demanded that Maharashtra chief minister Prithviraj Chavan and deputy chief minister Ajit Pawar take over the moral responsibility for the Lok Sabha results and resign. “We are preparing a blue print of development for Maharashtra in 16 parts which will include various departments. We will release it as soon as possible,” he added.
