Members of BJP’s youth wing in Kozhikode, Kerala allegedly vandalised a coffee shop in the area in a case of moral policing, local news channels reported.
The men, who were carrying BJP party flags, were seen marching towards the coffee shop, shouting slogans against it. The video then shows how the protesters vandalising the shop by breaking glass panes, tearing down its posters and damaging the furniture in the coffee shop.
According to an NDTV report , police have registered a case against the attackers. Police officials also said that the coffee shop was attacked for being open till late and being popular among young men and women, especially those from the Indian Institute of Management and National Institute of Technology.
