A CJM court in Pilhibit on Tuesday acquitted BJP MP Varun Gandhi in a hate speech case. This is the second hate speech case in which Varun Gandhi has been acquitted. MP Verma, the public prosecutor in the case, said he would read the order before deciding whether they would appeal against it. Last week, Gandhi had been acquitted in another hate speech case filed before the 2009 Lok Sabha polls.
