Today’s Chanakya had predicted 155 seats for the BJP-led NDA and a mere 83 for the Grand Alliance of the Janata Dal-United, Rashtriya Janata Dal and the Congress. The polls to the 243-member Bihar assembly took place in five phases between 10 October and 5 November. IANS
