Star Wars: Episode VII-The Force Awakens has been named the most anticipated film of 2015 according to a survey by Fandango. This JJ Abrams-directed film will hit theaters on 18 December. It stars John Boyega, Daisy Ridley, Adam Driver, Oscar Isaac, Andy Serkis, Domhnall Gleeson and Max von Sydow, along with original stars Harrison Ford, Carrie Fisher and Mark Hamill. Release: 18 December

Marvel’s Avengers: Age of Ultron

Hemsworth (who plays Thor), Robert Downey Jr (Iron Man), Tom Hiddleston (Loki), Mark Ruffalo (The Hulk), Paul Bettany (The Vision), Scarlett Johansson (Black Widow) and Jeremy Renner (Hawkeye) will all star in the next installment of Marvel’s Avengers

 The Hunger Games: Mockingjay – Part 2

The Hunger Games: Mockingjay – Part 2, is an upcoming 2015 science fiction war film directed by Francis Lawrence with a screenplay by Peter Craig and Danny Strong. It is the second of two cinematic parts based on the novel Mockingjay, the final book in the Hunger Games trilogy, and the fourth and final installment in The Hunger Games film series Fifty Shades of Grey

EL James’ popular book where a mousey literature student (Dakota Johnson) interviews a wealthy businessman (Jamie Dornan), beginning an all-consuming/highly sexual relationship that includes the signing of contracts, a special sex room, helicopter flights, and some BDSM. It is likely to own Valentine’s Day weekend for the next few years. Release 14 February

Shamitabh

Amitabh Bachchan returns in 2015 with director R Balki in Shamitabh. The film also stars Dhanush and Kamal Haasan’s daughter, Akshara, who will make her movie debut. This is definitely one highly anticipated movie. Release: February 6

Badlapur

Bollywood latest hot commodity, Varun Dhawan is not afraid of experimenting with roles and he will next be seen in the thriller Badlapur, whose music has already recieved rave reviews. Release: February 20
