It has seven bedrooms and nine bathrooms, and boasts a swimming pool, a pub, a huge home theater, a study and a guest house, Ace Showbiz reported. The 36-year-old comedian gave his portion of the house’s ownership to the 27-year-old singer for “no monetary consideration.” Perry and Brand got married in October 2010 in India.
