Prez in constant touch with PM, Shinde over Delhi rape

New Delhi: Concerned over the brutal gang rape incident here, President Pranab Mukherjee has been keeping himself abreast about the health condition of the victim and related developments taking place in the aftermath of this horrific attack. According to official sources, the President has been constant touch with Prime Minister Manmohan Singh and Home Minister Sushilkumar Shinde about the developments.
