Minority Affairs Minister Najma Heptullah kicked up a storm soon after assuming office with her statement that Muslims are not a minority in the country, only Parsis are. We have to see how we can help them so that their numbers don’t diminish.” Outlook reports that on being pestered about her plans for Muslims she said that she headed the minority affairs ministry, not ‘a Muslim affairs’ one.
