For most people, the term “protest by BJP activists” would conjure up images of massive crowds, fiery sloganeering and streets filled with saffron. What one would definitely not imagine is this image — a screenshot of a video which has now been deleted. [caption id=“attachment_5658861” align=“alignnone” width=“825”] A screenshot of the video posted by the Kerala BJP on Sunday. Image courtesy: Twitter/@BJP4Keralam[/caption] The video showed a grand total of two men walking along a tranquil street at Kerala’s Chengannur, and towards the end of the footage, they were seen rushing in front of passing cars. The video was met with much disbelief, mirth and mockery on Twitter. One person called it a “new technique invented by the party to protest without protesters, while another said in a sarcastic vein that the video indicated that the saffron party would win “at least 100 seats in the next Assembly election.”
