Chandigarh: Counting of votes for the 90 assembly seats in Haryana began on Sunday morning. The counting will decide the fate of 1,351 candidates, including 116 women. According to exit polls, the Congress, govt headed by Bhupinder Singh Hooda , is all set to face another round of election drubbing - the third time in a year.
