AFP[/caption] Talking to reporters in Vadodara on Wednesday, Rathwa said more than 30 to 40 percent of the tribal population had migrated in search of jobs, and in view of this, 70 to 80 percent polling was not possible in Chhota Udepur, Nandod, Dediapada, Netrang and other areas. Tribal constituencies had registered only 50 percent voting in 2007, he pointed out. Tampering with Electronic Voting Machines in the tribal areas could not be ruled out, he said. PTI
