AFP[/caption] Andhra Pradesh High Court Chief Justice Kalyan Jyoti Sengupta administered the oath to Narasimhan, who will be the common Governor to Telangana and residuary Andhra Pradesh. Also, Kalvakuntla Chandrasekhar Rao, popularly known as KCR was also sworn in as the first Chief Minister of bifurcated state Telangana on Monday by the newly appointed governor. The governor E S L Narasimhan administered oath to eleven other ministers who were inducted into the cabinet and sworn in to secrecy at the Raj Bhavan.
