"Ego is the biggest enemy of those in power... Our earnest request to her (Irani) is that she should focus more on her ministry instead of always targeting the opponents, show them in poor light and ridiculing the opposition," party's chief spokesman Randeep Surjewala told reporters.

In a tongue-in-cheek remark, he also said that Irani is very well educated and one does not know from which all universities she has got her qualifications.

In an online ugly spat with Congress spokesperson Priyanka Chaturvedi, Irani had remarked that losing Assam was Rahul's forte.
