New Delhi: West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee on Wednesday took to the twitter to remember Nirbhaya on the third anniversary of 16 December gangrape case. The TMC chairperson tweeted: “Remembering Nirbhaya on third anniversary of brutal Delhi incident.
