New Delhi: The Home Ministry on Monday again asked the Jammu and Kashmir government to send a report on the killing of two youths allegedly by Army personnel in Budgam district last week. In a communication made for the second time, the Home Ministry has asked the state government to give details about the incident, how it happened and what action has been taken in the aftermath of the killing of the youths. Reuters[/caption] Today’s missive was sent as the state government has not yet replied to an earlier commuincation sent in this regard, official sources said. The youths were killed following alleged firing by Army men at Chattergam in Budgam district of Kashmir valley on 3 November. Two other youths were also injured in the incident that led to widespread condemnation from various quarters, including mainstream political parties. PTI
