The petitioner had alleged that Shah’s meeting was illegal and conducted in contravention of laws. “Notices have also been issued to Goa director general of police, Goa airport director and deputy commandant of central industrial security force asking them about how the meeting was conducted at an airport,” petitioner Aires Rodrigues told reporters in Panaji on Monday. The petition sought a thorough probe into the manner in which the meeting was allowed to be conducted at the airport which functions out of an Indian Naval Base INS Hansa, the petitioner said.
