TMC had announced it would boycott the meeting amid recriminations between it and the BJP over the recent violence in West Bengal. JD(U) skipped the meet, not to show any retaliation, but due to their busy schedule. Mulayam Singh, TMC's Kalyan Banerjee and other leaders during the all-party meeting. While JDU skipped the meeting citing a busy schedule, TMC had announced it would boycott the meeting amid recriminations with BJP over violence in West Bengal.
