 "AAP has not read my certificate properly: Goa minister on fake degree")
Panaji: Goa’s Public Works Department Minister Ramakrishna Dhavalikar on Friday rubbished allegations by Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) that he has given false declaration about his educational qualification in the affidavit filed before the Election Commission.
“AAP has not read my certificate properly. I have completed my course in 1978-79. I even represented inter-collegiate tournaments like Cricket and Volleyball,” the minister told PTI on Friday.

He said he has cleared BSc and there is valid certificate to prove it.
Goa Unit of AAP had yesterday alleged that Dhavalikar had produced fake certificates claiming to have passed BSc from Chowgule college.
The party had claimed Dhavalikar had never passed the graduation.
