The AAP claimed that pasting posters was not a “crime”. Other political parties also paste posters but why do police not take action against them, an AAP leader said IANS. Police said the AAP activists were found pasting the posters in south Delhi’s Malviya Nagar area on early Monday for the rally scheduled 3 August at Jantar Mantar. “They were found pasting the posters at restricted places and were taken to the police station by the patrolling team and put under arrest,” a police official said.
